Hillary Yaas is a drag queen comedienne that mixes glamour with camp, but rarely at the same time - and is also her own secretary! A tired and poor self-producer, she has created many LGBTQ+ improv, sketch and comedy shows.  Including SLAY! (a improv murder mystery which ran for nearly three years!), The Gag Ball, Judge Hillary, Yaas, And!?,  The Play We Just Wrote Just Now, Sex and the Golden Girls, among various solo shows like ChroFATica and Part Time Everything.  

A two-time Canadian Podcast Award winner, with her podcast Squirrel Talk that she co-hosts with incredible Selena Vyle!  She is delighted to help carry the legacy of the House of Lix onwards with our beloved little piece of podcast :) She also was happy to win a couple of awards!  Weirdly enough during the pandemic. ;/  One for her silly web series Catching Up With the Kovid's and the other for audience choice at the 2022 Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival.  For these honours, she is thankful. 

Also, essentially during the pandemic's close... 

She appeared on Season 4 of OutTV's Camp Wannakiki she placed in the top two 5 times, won 3 talent shows and ended up placing as a RUNNER-UP!  She was also honoured to have been Camp Wannkiki's 1st CANADIAN contestant!  Her run on the show including many pretty cool looks, time that she surprised herself, an on TV self-injury, and most importantly she won the stand up comedy challenge! (she finally proved herself!)
